Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk), sugar, golden syrup, egg, ground ginger, cinnamon, mixed spice, vanilla extract, royal icing (sugar, egg white powder, food colouring), fondant icing (Icing Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Sugar, Colours (Carmine, Paprika), Potato Starch, Humectant (Glycerol), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Tragacanth), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg.
Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients: Butter (milk), sugar, egg, wheat flour (gluten), cocoa powder, milk chocolate (sugar, milk solids, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, soy lecithin), royal icing (sugar, egg white powder, food colouring), festive sprinkles (sugar, starch, colouring). Ferrero Rocher Cupcake Pots
Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), butter (milk), sugar, egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, icing sugar, hazelnut paste (hazelnuts, sugar, oil), cream (milk), milk chocolate, decorative sprinkles (sugar, starch, colouring). Allergens: Contains nuts (hazelnuts), milk, egg, wheat (gluten), soy.
Vanilla Macarons
Ingredients: Ground almonds, icing sugar, egg whites, caster sugar, vanilla extract, butter (milk), royal icing (sugar, egg white powder, food colouring), food colouring, edible decorations. Allergens: Contains nuts (almonds), egg, milk.
Allergen Notice
All items are handmade in a kitchen that handles all the main food allergens; celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, traces may still be present. I would recommend that anyone with a severe allergy or intolerance does not eat my products.
